1. Cook pasta in large boiling salted water.
2. Combine barbecue sauce, mayonnaise, cheese, and vinegar to medium sized bowl.
3. Drain pasta and add to a separate large bowl.
4. Add shrimp, celery and onion. Toss gently.
5. Add barbecues sauce mixture and toss.
6. Cover. Refrigerate until chilled.
7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
