1. Add olive oil to hot skillet. Add garlic and saute garlic until brown.
2. Add dry white wine, and reduce to 2/3 original volume.
3. Add shrimp, Dijon mustard, coarse salt, fresh ground black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce to wine mixture.
4. Cook 3 to 4 minutes, just until the shrimp are tender.
5. Sprinkle parsley over shrimp mixture.
6. Place pasta on individual plates. Spoon shrimp over pasta.
7. Pour remaining wine mixture over the top of each plate of pasta.
