Cooking Tip
Testing Doneness
To test whole boiled or steamed shrimp for doneness, hold shrimp upside down by the head and pull the tail downward. If the shrimp is properly cooked, the shrimp will bounce back. If undercooked, the tail will not bounce back.

Cooking Tip
Cooking Times

Cooking times vary according to the different sizes of shrimp and prawns. Not package or recipe instructions for best results.
